Option 1 - Full Package
Each couple, and their celebration is individual. Therefore, our relationship with you is very important. We will work closely with you, at every stage, to help create a unique occasion which reflects your style, allows you to enjoy a stress-free day, and leaves you and your guests with many happy memories.
We work on a flat fee basis and our quote always depends on the size of the wedding, the locations and your particular requirements. We are always happy to give a personalised quote.
Typically, to organise an entire wedding, our fee covers the following:
- church and reception venue search
- booking church and reception venue
- on-going liaison with venue and/or church
- liaising with the vicar or priest
- sourcing, liaising, negotiation and on-going contact with suppliers
- administration of Spanish paperwork in Mallorca
- translating as required
- accompanying you on visits beforehand eg church rehearsal, hairdresser trial
- our attendance on your wedding day
- frequent contact with you by email with updates and options as things progress. We will not make any decisions without your prior approval
- all our expenses e.g. phone calls, petrol, parking etc.
- co-ordination, last minute details, helping guests in any way needed
- tying up loose ends after your wedding
