Service Options and Fees
We know from experience that not all couples want a wedding planner to organise the whole event, but may prefer to do some, or most, of the organisation themselves. For this reason, we provide various service options from which you can 'pick and mix'.
In this way, you will know that there is always help at hand. If you decide to organise your own wedding and then get stuck, perhaps through lack of time, we can help you on an hourly ad hoc basis, or we can give you a quote to take up the reins and continue with the rest of the organisation of the wedding.

Option 2 - Venue Search Service
The most important part of any wedding is choosing the venues, and then co-ordinating the church, vicar and venues to make sure that everything comes together for your chosen date. With our venue search service, we will meet you and show you round several churches and/or reception venues that fit your criteria. We will look into availability and secure your booking, once you have made your choices.
Through our painstaking research on the island, we have attended weddings at, or visited, all of the venues that we offer, and are confident that all come up to the high standards that we expect. We currently have over 100 venues on offer which range from hotels, restaurants and clubs to private mansions and rural retreats.
As well as by location, we tend to divide the reception venues into three price bands:
A - over 90.00 Euros; B - 60.00 - 90.00 Euros; C - under 60.00 Euros
This figure is generally the price per head for an aperitif and canapes, a 3 - 5 course meal with wine and soft drinks, and cava for toasts.
Our fee: 250.00 Euros
Option 3 - Venue Information Service
For those who prefer, or who are unable to come to Mallorca, we offer to find several venues that fit your criteria, and send you the details and information. You will then be able to contact the venues, determine availability and make the booking yourselves.
Our fee: 95.00 Euros
Option 4 - Supplier Service
Once you have secured your venues, it's time to book the key suppliers that you will need. This can be very time-consuming, especially if you don't know where to look or what is available in the first place. To help you, we will use our personal expertise and experience to find and book the most suitable florist, photographer, transport, entertainment etc. on your behalf, offering options wherever possible. Once the booking has been made, you will take over from us and liaise with the supplier directly.
With this service, we will provide you with a booklet of things to think about, dos and don'ts, tips and helpful advice, which will give you the confidence to make the planning of your wedding much easier.
Our fee: 250.00 Euros
Option 5 - Ad Hoc Help
Should you need help on the ground or running around, we are very happy to assist on an hourly rate basis.
Hourly rate: 35.00 Euros per hour
